In the first Big 12 conference meet of the spring season, No. 7 TCU faced No. 6 Oklahoma State on the road and fell 12-8 on February 13, 2026. This matchup marked TCU's return to conference play, but the Horned Frogs could not maintain their momentum from a recent four-meet win streak.
Historically, TCU holds an 18-29 all-time record against Oklahoma State, underscoring the challenge of the rivalry. The competition highlighted individual efforts from TCU riders across various disciplines. In Fences, Lilly Goldstein achieved a season-high score of 87.5 and has now won six of her last seven outings. Lex Lipacis recorded a career-high 87 in Fences, while Maggie Dumrauf posted an 82, her season best, securing her first victory of the year.
Other standout performances included Piper Keller, who extended her winning streak to five consecutive victories in Horsemanship. On the Flat, Victoria Zahorik earned her fourth straight win, and Hanna Dolan improved to 3-0 against ranked opponents. In Reining, Cassie Hacking claimed her third consecutive win.
These results demonstrate resilience among TCU's riders even in defeat. The team now looks ahead to its next event on February 21.
