According to a Bao Lam Dong report published on 6 July 2026, Ole Romeny is scheduled to undergo a medical examination with Fortuna Sittard. The transfer process is said to be in the final stages of contract details.
The report adds that the deal would be a loan with an option to buy from Oxford United. The 26-year-old wants to return to the Eredivisie after a disappointing season in England.
Meanwhile Persib Bandung sparked speculation through a post introducing Ragnar Oratmangoen that featured capital letters O and R. No official statement has been made by the club or the player regarding a possible transfer.
