Olivia Rodrigo dished some real talk in a Dazed interview about getting over heartbreak. "Gosh, it’s like the blind leading the blind! I’m not, like, Mrs Relationship," she admitted. Still, she credits her crew: "I don’t know what I would have done when going through hard times if I didn’t have great friends."
The "Vampire" star also framed breakups as growth fuel. She called them "a really awesome opportunity to redirect your life" and noted they teach you plenty about yourself, even if they don’t last forever.
Rodrigo, who previously dated Joshua Bassett, added that rejection stings less with age. "Heartbreak will never be as bad as it was when you were 17 years old," she said. Her ideal first date? Dinner, a comedy show, then ice cream.
