Presenters and honorees set for 63rd ICG Publicists Awards

The International Cinematographers Guild has announced presenters and special honorees for its 63rd Annual Publicists Awards, scheduled for March 13 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. Jimmy Kimmel will receive the President's Award, while Noah Wyle and Kate Hudson are set to be honored for their television and motion picture work, respectively. Nominees for publicity campaign awards include several high-profile films and series.

Among the presenters are Arden Cho, known for "KPop Demon Hunters"; Paul Feig, director of "The Housemaid"; Leslie Odom Jr., from "Hamilton" and "Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery"; Tony Gilroy, creator of "Andor"; Tia Carrere, star of "Lilo & Stitch"; and Steven Weber, who appears in "Chicago Med".

Additional participants include producer, director, and writer John Wells; Wolf Entertainment president and COO Peter Jankowski; entertainment reporter Scott Mantz; and Local 600 National President John Lindley, ASC.

Jimmy Kimmel is slated to receive the President's Award, a rare distinction recognizing extraordinary circumstances, specifically citing his resilience in the face of censorship. Noah Wyle will be awarded the Television Showperson of the Year for his role in "The Pitt," and Kate Hudson will receive the Motion Picture Showperson of the Year for "Song Sung Blue."

The Maxwell Weinberg Awards for Motion Picture and Television Publicity Campaigns feature nominees such as "28 Years Later," "Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning," "Wicked: For Good," "Andor," "Stranger Things 5," and "The Pitt," among others. Winners will be determined by an online ballot of ICG publicist members and revealed during the luncheon ceremony.

This event highlights contributions to publicity in the entertainment industry, bringing together key figures from film and television.
