Giovanni Beringuello Fernandes, an influencer from Campinas, is using social media to coordinate the search for his dog Poze, missing in the Warthon region near El Bolsón, Argentina.
The influencer reported that the team has been searching for the animal for three days. Poze wore a collar and escaped from a fenced camping area. “We started searching tirelessly in the region, talking to all the residents and walking through the woods, but we have not found any sign of him,” said Fernandes.
He dismissed rumors about pumas in the area and noted that the location is rural with many residences. The dog has a tracker. Fernandes announced a volunteer drive for Saturday, July 18.
The dogs Matuê, Mc Poze and Nagalli, who together have over one million followers, are known as the “cães frentistas” of a gas station in Campinas. Fernandes rescued the animals and uses social media to promote adoption and animal awareness.
