Stade Français dominated La Rochelle 45-5 on Sunday in a Top 14 playoff match at Jean-Bouin. The Parisians advance to the semifinals against Montpellier.
The match took place in front of a full house at Stade Jean-Bouin. The Parisians scored six tries, including a hat-trick by Romain Briatte in the 5th, 28th and 80th minutes. Jeremy Ward, Léo Barré and Joe Marchant also scored.
Grégory Alldritt stood out for La Rochelle, but the team conceded three tries in the first half-hour. Three La Rochelle players left injured, including Paul Boudehent.
Stade Français, who finished 12th last season, will face Montpellier for a place in the final. It is the club's first appearance at this stage since 2015.
