UNICEF seeks proposals for school WASH upgrades in Afar

The initiative targets the rehabilitation and upgrading of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities, as well as menstrual health management (MHM), in four secondary schools across the Afar region. Queries and clarifications must be emailed to eth-supplyQAconstruction@unicef.org by January 6, 2026, including the LRFP number in the subject line along with company details. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM, with clarifications to be posted publicly on the same website.

Proposals must be submitted to the UNICEF Addis Ababa office no later than 11:59 PM East African Time on February 11, 2026. Technical and financial bids require separate emails, clearly marked in the subject, and submissions are accepted solely via ETH-Tenderconstruction@unicef.org. To avoid delays, emails should be sent well in advance of the deadline.
