Will Harrison has been cast opposite Grace Van Patten in the upcoming film Rubber Hut. The announcement comes shortly after Harrison earned his first Tony Award nomination.
Hanna Gray Organschi's feature debut follows Emanuella, an ex-Pan Am stewardess who opens a drive-thru condom kiosk in a 1992 Rhode Island Italian Catholic town. Van Patten plays the lead role, with Harrison portraying her husband Matty.
The casting news was reported exclusively on June 22. Other cast members include Emmy Rossum, Michael Imperioli, Ariana Greenblatt, Rosemarie DeWitt, Chris Bauer, Fina Strazza, Fisher Stevens, and Ricky Staffieri.
Harrison recently made his Broadway debut in the play Punch at Manhattan Theatre Club. His screen credits include A Complete Unknown, Daisy Jones and The Six, Manhunt, and Murdaugh: Death in the Family.
