Mercedes González testified Friday as investigated before Judge Santiago Pedraz at the Audiencia Nacional. She denied any link between her meetings with Leire Díez and the opening of internal probes on UCO leaks.
Leire Díez's defense has asked judge Santiago Pedraz to annul the entire case, arguing her December 2025 detention violated fundamental rights. Two PSOE workers have also appealed the seizure of their mobile phones.
