Major General Feroz Khan has abandoned his court applications to block the Madlanga Commission from accessing his electronic devices. The move followed negotiations and allows investigators to examine contents linked to multiple allegations.
The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry screened a video on Monday allegedly showing cocaine being weighed and linked it to Vusimuzi Matlala and Mike van Wyk. Van Wyk was due to testify but his appearance was postponed after he suffered panic attacks.
