Blizzard has detailed the upcoming Season of Death Awakening for Diablo 4, which begins on June 30 alongside patch 3.1.0. The season introduces Mythic Uniques 3.0 and several new features.

Blizzard announced changes to Diablo 4 that will allow players to upgrade Unique items into Mythics starting with Season 14. The update aims to reduce reliance on rare drops for casual and returning players. A public test realm for the changes opens soon.
Blizzard has delayed the Diablo 4 Compass to Carnage event, pushing it from November 4 to November 25 through December 2. A separate update will still launch on November 4 at 6pm GMT for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, featuring Battle Pass improvements and bug fixes. The event promises enhanced Infernal Hordes challenges with more rewards.
