The District Institute for Risk Management and Climate Change (Idiger) reported rains across multiple points in Bogotá this Tuesday at midday, affecting localities such as Usaquén, Chapinero, San Cristóbal, Usme, and Ciudad Bolívar. Twenty-three people and nine homes were impacted in the El Ensueño II neighborhood of Ciudad Bolívar. More precipitation is expected in the afternoon and evening.
