A 17-year-old Ecuadorian minor was wounded with two gunshots in an attack at the apartment building on Inglaterra 1144 in Independencia commune this Sunday afternoon. Two unknown individuals entered the parking area and shot at close range before fleeing on foot. The victim was taken to San José Hospital and is recovering.
