Federico Martínez, 35, died decapitated after crashing into a rope in Quilmes, leaving five children fatherless. His 11-year-old son, who was riding with him, was injured and is in a state of shock. The family blames the Quilmes Municipality for negligence.
A man detained for theft and illegal possession of weapons escaped during his transfer in Quilmes, stole a car, and crashed into a motorcycle. He was recaptured by police shortly after. The motorcycle occupants are under medical observation.
