Ros Canter and Lordships Graffalo won the Mars Badminton Horse Trials for a record third time on 10 May after a clear showjumping round. The pair finished 8.2 penalties ahead of the field to make history at the event.

The field for the Longines Luhmühlen Horse Trials has been confirmed for the event running from 18 to 21 June. Defending five-star champions Ros Canter and Izilot DHI head a list of 30 starters. The competition takes place eight weeks before the World Eventing Championships in Aachen.
Ros Canter plans to compete three horses at Lincolnshire this week, marking her return after giving birth to her second child in January. The reigning Mars Badminton Horse Trials and Defender Burghley Horse Trials champion shared news of her daughter's safe delivery on 2 February.
