Section V class B teams win indoor track and field titles

Several high school teams from Section V claimed titles in the class B indoor track and field championships held in Rochester on Saturday. The Oakfield-Alabama/Elba boys secured their fifth straight victory in class B4, while Perry's girls won their first-ever title in the same division. Batavia swept both boys and girls titles in class B1, and individual athletes from Byron-Bergen and Letchworth triumphed in class B3.
Maeve Seeley of Livonia/Avon won the Class B girls giant slalom at the Section V Alpine Skiing Championships held at Bristol Mountain Ski Resort. She also placed third in the slalom event, helping her team secure third place overall in Class B. Seeley is the only athlete from the GLOW region to qualify for the New York State team.
