A Rio de Janeiro court ordered Clarice Jay Piovesan, ex-wife of actor Stênio Garcia, to deposit R$ 5,000 monthly into court for rent of an Ipanema apartment. The 3rd Civil Court of the Capital's ruling partially favors the 94-year-old actor in his family dispute with daughters Cássia and Gaya Piovesan. The property was transferred to the daughters as children, but Stênio claims lifelong usufruct rights.
