Women executives

Chilean bottler and brewer CCU announced the addition of Marie Agathe Porte to its board, making her the fourth woman to join it. The French executive, based in Chile since 1990, brings expertise in corporate governance and digital transformation. The appointment occurred at the ordinary shareholders' meeting.
