Activision to end call of duty warzone support on ps4 and xbox one

Activision announced that Call of Duty: Warzone will no longer be playable on PS4 and Xbox One later this year. The move comes as the company transitions to newer consoles with the upcoming release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.

Activision revealed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 on May 28. The game skips PS4 and Xbox One entirely and launches on October 23. As a result, Warzone support on the older consoles will end with the start of Season 1 after the launch.
