Adam Rose joins casts of three upcoming films

Adam Rose, known for his roles in over 30 television shows and Oscar-nominated films such as Up in the Air and The Squid and the Whale, has joined the ensembles of three upcoming feature films. The announcement highlights Rose's versatility as he takes on projects from Searchlight Pictures, Amazon MGM Studios, and Sumerian Pictures.

In Behemoth!, directed and written by Tony Gilroy, Rose joins a cast featuring Pedro Pascal, Will Arnett, Olivia Wilde, and Matthew Lillard. The story centers on a musician from a family of musicians who returns to Los Angeles. The film is described as a love letter to the music of movies and the people who create it.

Rose also appears in the romantic comedy Goodbye Girl from Amazon MGM Studios, starring Cole Sprouse and Kiernan Shipka. Directed by Oran Zegman in his follow-up to Honor Society, the plot follows Jess (Shipka), a professional heartbreaker hired to end a groom's (Sprouse) engagement days before the wedding. Instead, she falls in love with him. The script is by Danielle Hoover and David Monahan, based on a story by Hoover, Monahan, and Jessica Elbaum. The film is financed and produced by Gulfstream Pictures.

Finally, in My New Friend Jim, a dark comedy from Sumerian Pictures directed by Ash Avildsen, Rose co-stars with Rob Lowe and Keith David. The narrative involves two fathers from different backgrounds who bond while searching for a runaway daughter in Reno.

Rose, who recently starred in My Weird School for Paramount and Nickelodeon, boasts over 30 million social media followers. He is currently in pre-production on his feature directorial debut, 15 Minutes, which he wrote and will star in. Rose is represented by CAA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
