Emergency cuts were also reported: in Vitacura and El Monte due to matrix failures, with restoration at 17:00 and 16:10 on Tuesday; and in Renca, expected at 21:00 on Thursday.

The company made available the 'Trabajos en la ciudad' website, featuring a map of affected areas, both scheduled and emergency, including restoration times. This allows residents to check disruptions in real time.
