Five members of B.A.P gathered in a recording studio on June 21 to lay down vocals for a new song. The track titled “Name” will appear on Jung Daehyun’s upcoming mini album and marks their first joint recording since the group appeared to disband years earlier.
Daehyun shared the studio photo on social media and explained that Yongguk suggested including every member on the song as a thank-you to fans. The album PUZZL(OV)E drops June 30 at 6 p.m. KST.
The reunion comes after the group’s long hiatus that followed contract disputes with TS Entertainment and individual military service. Fans reacted with excitement online, calling the moment a privilege and praising the group’s lasting bond.
While the recording is not a full group comeback, it has reignited hope among BABYz that more activities could follow.
