Multiplayer servers for Battlefield Hardline on Xbox and PlayStation will shut down permanently on June 22. EA announced the closure earlier this year as part of a two-stage process. The single-player campaign will remain available after the servers go offline.
EA plans to take the servers offline on Monday after removing the game and its DLC from sale on May 22. Players who own the title digitally through EA Play will still be able to download and access the campaign offline.
The PC version is not affected by the shutdown. Servers continue to operate on PC, where the game remains available through the EA launcher and Steam.
Battlefield Hardline was developed by Visceral Games and released in 2015. It featured a law enforcement theme instead of traditional military settings.
