Arda Güler opened the scoring for Real after just 37 seconds, capitalizing on a poor clearance by Manuel Neuer. Aleksandar Pavlovic equalized in the 6th minute from a Joshua Kimmich corner, followed by Güler's brace from a free kick (29th).
