Bridget Moynahan reprises her role as ADA Erin Reagan in the upcoming Friday, May 1 episode of the Blue Bloods spin-off Boston Blue. She reunites onscreen with Donnie Wahlberg, who plays her brother Danny Reagan. TVLine has released an exclusive first-look photo of the appearance.

Peters prepares for a heart operation, long-kept secrets emerge, forcing the Silver family to confront personal truths. New episodes air Fridays at 10 p.m. on CBS and stream on Paramount+ through the May 22 season finale. Boston Blue premiered on October 17, 2025, with Donnie Wahlberg starring as NYPD Detective Danny Reagan, now working for the Boston Police Department to stay near his son Sean, a rookie patrol officer played by Mika Amonsen. Danny partners with Detective Lena Silver, played by Sonequa Martin-Green, from a prominent law enforcement family that includes Boston DA Mae Silver (Gloria Reuben), Police Superintendent Sarah Silver (Maggie Lawson), Sean's partner Jonah Silver (Marcus Scribner), and Rev. Edwin Peters (Ernie Hudson). The series was renewed for Season 2 on December 3, 2025. Moynahan last appeared as Erin in the October 17 pilot, checking on Danny and his comatose son Sean. Series co-creator Brandon Margolis said, 'A lot of what we loved about Erin is that she was always trying to take care of Danny, even when he was too stubborn to see it.... She'd walk into that hospital room, clean it up a bit, and dare him to be mad at her. That's just who she is — and Bridget was awesome to come play with us.' Other Blue Bloods actors have guested, including Len Cariou as Henry Reagan in Episode 13 and Marisa Ramirez as Maria in four episodes, with her return confirmed for the May 22 finale.
