Rosie Williams, chief executive of British Eventing, has addressed ongoing financial pressures in the sport while noting encouraging early results for the current season.
Williams said British Eventing has faced difficult financial conditions but expressed greater confidence in current management of its finances. She emphasised the need to build reserves rather than generate large profits and described viability as a constant balancing act for the organisation, event organisers and participants.
