Themed 'The Key to Prosperity,' the event is taking place at the King Abdul Aziz International Conference Center in Riyadh until October 30. Al-Mashat will address global challenges and public-private partnerships.
The Ninth Edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII9) conference began in Riyadh on October 28, 2025, and will run until October 30. The event focuses on investment-hindering challenges, the role of modern technologies in accelerating growth via breakthroughs in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, and current global economic developments.
Rania Al-Mashat will participate in a main panel titled 'Board of Change-Makers: Public-Private Powerbrokers.' The discussion will cover global challenges including geopolitical tensions, economic fluctuations, and climate change, emphasizing the importance of effective, trust-based partnerships to facilitate global growth trajectories and shared prosperity.
Additionally, Al-Mashat will hold multiple bilateral meetings with the private sector during the conference. It expects participation from more than 8,000 government and private sector officials, 650 speakers, and representatives from 20 countries.
The conference serves as a key platform for enhancing economic cooperation among nations amid ongoing global challenges.
