The race was suspended following the tragic incident. Family and friends bid farewell to the 25-year-old with emotional messages, such as “Always in our hearts”.
The FIA, the international governing body for motorsport, issued an official statement. It expressed solidarity with the victim's family and committed to supporting the accident investigation.
