Betts went 2-for-5 with a walk and played 11 innings in the field during two rehab games with Triple-A Oklahoma City. The move comes days after the Dodgers welcomed back left-hander Blake Snell, who made his season debut on Saturday. Manager Dave Roberts said the addition of Betts will help the team's offense, which has struggled with inconsistency in recent weeks. Roberts noted that Betts raises the floor for the lineup and praised his at-bat quality.
