Needles has partnered with PPACO to release two editions of the Lux-2 sliders in black and purple colorways. The standard and studded versions feature the designer's signature butterfly logo and will launch on April 4 through Nepenthes. Prices range from ¥19,800 to ¥21,780.

The collaboration reimagines PPACO's Lux-2 silhouette with Needles' distinctive style. Both the Lux-2 Needles Edition and the Lux-2 Needles Edition With Studs emphasize sleek, molded uppers and minimalist profiles. Needles' iconic butterfly logo accents the quarters and straps, providing subtle branding throughout the design. The studded variant includes metallic embellishments on the strap for added texture and visual impact. Contoured soles ensure comfort, matching the uppers in tonal finishes for a unified appearance. The purple colorway reflects Needles' signature hues, while the black option provides everyday versatility. Butterfly motifs appear prominently on the straps and subtly on the footbeds. Nepenthes Tokyo shared images of the sliders on social media, highlighting the refined details. Priced between ¥19,800 and ¥21,780—roughly $124 to $137 USD—the sliders carry TBC SKUs. They will be available exclusively at Nepenthes starting April 4.
