Organizers of the Reggaeton Beach Festival canceled the 2026 edition on June 18 due to economic and operational difficulties. The decision affects seven planned events across Spain this summer.
The eighth edition of the festival was set to begin with dates in Barcelona on June 27-28. Performances had been scheduled from artists including Myke Towers, Omar Courtz and Anuel AA.
In a statement on social media, organizers said the company’s structure no longer supports an event of this scale. They cited economic, financial and operational circumstances that affect the project’s viability.
The statement expressed regret over the impact on ticket holders and fans who had made plans. No details were provided on refunds at the time of the announcement.
Billboard Español contacted organizers for further information but received no response.
