A traffic accident occurred around lunchtime on Sunday on Road 50 just outside Borlänge towards Ludvika. A trailer got stuck in the guardrail, leading to a full road closure for about one hour. No one was injured and police suspect no crime.
The accident took place around 12:30 at Lindan/Skallerbacken, just outside Borlänge. A car towing a trailer was involved, with the trailer stuck in the wire guardrail, according to the rescue service.
Rescue services and police were called to the scene. The road was fully closed in the direction towards Ludvika to manage the situation and clear the vehicles.
The closure lasted about one hour, after which traffic was allowed to resume. Police state that no one was injured in the accident and there is no suspicion of any crime.
