Sculptor Gabriel Beltrán transforms Parque Central Bavaria into open-air gallery

Between June 10 and July 4, 2026, Colombian sculptor Gabriel Beltrán presents the exhibition 'Esculpiendo el Viento, la magia de la intuición' at Parque Central Bavaria in Bogotá.

The exhibition brings together ten to twelve medium-format sculptures nearly 2.5 meters high that interact with the architecture and pedestrian paths of Bogotá’s International Center. Inside Espacio Bel-Art Gallery a selection of small-format pieces is also on display. Gabriel Beltrán has more than 30 years of experience and nearly fifty solo exhibitions in Switzerland, Germany, the United States and Colombia. His works transform materials such as steel, iron and bronze into compositions that evoke movement and organic references. Italian art critic Bruno D'Amore will take part in the show and will highlight the artist’s ability to turn metal into a poetic language that links geometry, nature and aesthetic sensibility. The intervention aims to create spaces for encounter and contemplation in the public realm.
