Talaat Moustafa Group records EGP 130bn in North Coast sales

Talaat Moustafa Group achieved EGP 130 billion in sales in Egypt’s North Coast during 2025, according to a report by The Board Consulting. The company captured 38 percent of regional sales over the past two years.

The report showed that the North Coast generated EGP 1.2 trillion in sales from 2024 to 2025, representing 36 percent of Egypt’s total real estate market valued at EGP 3.2 trillion. Talaat Moustafa Group’s flagship SouthMED project in El Dabaa drove much of the performance. The 5,500-feddan development features an 8-kilometre beachfront and amenities including a Four Seasons hotel, marina, golf course and over 107 kilometres of lagoons. Concrete works for the first phase are complete, with first deliveries scheduled for 2028. The project offers flexible financing with down payments from 1.5 percent and repayment periods up to 15 years. Sea-view chalets start at EGP 12 million, while larger villas reach EGP 91.2 million. Talaat Moustafa Group is preparing to launch Four Seasons branded residences at the site.
