In the post, the account directly addresses Enji: "Halo pak Henry Baskoro Hendarso, mantan suami Ayu Ting Ting, apa kabar?" It then questions whether Enji remembers a woman with the initial R whom he met about 16 years ago, when R was working as an event organizer (EO) at a wedding event. "Apakah bapak ingat dengan seorang wanita berinisial R yang ditemui oleh bapak 16 tahun lalu saat ibu saya sedang menjadi EO di acara wedding?"
According to the claim, the relationship continued until R became pregnant and gave birth to @cloudyyz003. "Yang perempuan itu dihamili olehmu (juga). Sayalah anak dari perempuan tersebut, tolong balas pesan saya, Pak Henry," it states. The account emphasizes that the incident occurred before Enji's marriage to singer Ayu Ting Ting in July 2013. From that marriage, they had a daughter named Bilqis Khumairah Razak, born on December 28, 2013, before divorcing in April 2014.
