Two passenger cars collided on Road 69 south of Rättvik shortly after 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
Rescue services and an ambulance arrived at the scene after the crash, which SOS described as a rear-end collision. A total of four people were involved.
None of those involved have been taken to hospital and it remains unclear whether anyone was injured. One car ended up in the ditch.
A tow truck was called and the Swedish Transport Administration reported a risk of limited accessibility. By 2:25 p.m. traffic had returned to normal.
