The Winnipeg Jets are willing to listen to offers for star goaltender Connor Hellebuyck. The move follows a disappointing season in which the team missed the playoffs after winning the Presidents' Trophy the prior year.
General manager Kevin Cheveldayoff has begun fielding inquiries from other NHL clubs about the 33-year-old netminder. TSN insider Darren Dreger confirmed the team's openness to bids in comments to the Barn Burner podcast.
Hellebuyck expressed clear dissatisfaction with how the season unfolded, according to Dreger. The goalie had won the Vezina Trophy in 2024 and 2025 along with the Hart Trophy in 2025 but posted an 89.5 percent save rate this year while dealing with injuries.
Hellebuyck remains under contract for five more years at an annual average of 8.5 million dollars. Reports also link his mindset to a strong Olympic performance where he helped the United States win gold.
