Goldenvoice, the promoter of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, faces more than $40,000 in fines from the City of Indio after two performances exceeded the 1:00 a.m. curfew during the festival's second weekend. Anyma's set on Friday ran nine minutes late, incurring a $24,000 penalty, while Justin Bieber's Saturday headlining show went two minutes over, adding $20,000. A city representative confirmed the violations to Billboard.
