Colombia's National Police Traffic and Transport Directorate reported over 3.2 million vehicles on major roads during the post-holiday Return Plan. The agency deployed 5,000 officers nationwide for safe mobility. The Transport Ministry had estimated up to 4 million vehicles overall during the holiday.
