Rainfall Outlook

A low pressure area entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility on November 23, 2025, with a high chance of developing into a tropical depression named Verbena within 24 hours. The system, located 845 kilometers east of northeastern Mindanao as of 8 a.m., is expected to bring scattered rain to eastern regions starting Sunday, intensifying by Monday. PAGASA also monitors shear line and northeast monsoon effects across Luzon and other areas.
