Bleecker Street has acquired U.S. rights to the psychological thriller NDA, starring Rachel Zegler, Penn Badgley and Amy Ryan. The film is currently in production in New York.
Bleecker Street acquired U.S. rights to Audrey Ellis Fox's debut feature. Zegler stars as Dana, who faces a day of mediation over an office harassment claim.
The logline states that she questions the price of her silence, sanity and the truth as a deadline approaches. Ellis Fox's script was featured on the 2024 Black List.
Producers include Jared Ian Goldman, Zola Elgart Glassman, Keith Calder and Jess Wu Calder. Bleecker Street CEO Kent Sanderson called the script one of the best he has read.
Zegler previously starred in West Side Story and Evita. Badgley is known for You, while Ryan appeared in Gone Baby Gone and The Wire.
