Emil Alba will not remain with Färjestad and has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Björklöven for the upcoming season. The forward is expected to take on a larger role in Umeå.
Emil Alba left Södertälje two years ago to join Färjestad in the SHL. Injuries and limited playing time prevented him from establishing himself as hoped during his time in Karlstad.
Sportbladet reports that Alba is now verbally agreed with Björklöven. In the northern club he is viewed as a potential key player for the coming season.
Björklöven has already added several players including Topi Niemelä, Lucas Wallmark, Chris DiDomenico and Tristen Robins.
