Esthela Damián Peralta described the Asamblea Informativa en Defensa de la Soberanía Nacional in Acapulco as a great success due to the participation of thousands of people from Guerrero's eight regions.
The former presidential legal counsel highlighted that the event responded to President Claudia Sheinbaum's call to strengthen the organization of the militancy.
Damián Peralta noted the presence of supporters from regions such as Costa Grande and Costa Chica, as well as the participation of local artists and traditional dances like the iguana and the dolphin.
The Morena member announced door-to-door visits in Acapulco neighborhoods, including Colonia Progreso, to directly hear residents' needs.
