Two sessions of the play Histórias do Porchat were canceled after an accident at the Teatro Humboldt in southern São Paulo. A female employee fell from a great height during preparations for the show scheduled for Saturday, May 16.
Humorist Fábio Porchat shared a video on social media explaining the incident. According to him, sound boxes and lighting structures also fell onto the audience area while lights and reflectors were being adjusted.
Porchat stated that the employee involved is fine and that no one was left in serious condition. He noted that medical care arrived promptly, with some people treated on site and others hospitalized.
The artist assured full refunds for all tickets and said the sessions will be rescheduled, with new dates to be announced soon.
