Belgian power trio Gnome has announced new UK tour dates for March and April 2026, expanding their European performances. The tour includes headline shows and festival appearances, following a sold-out run in the UK last year. Support comes from UK band Wall on most headline dates.
Gnome, an Antwerp-based power trio known for blending stoner, prog, and heavy metal with mythical themes, is extending its 2026 touring plans to include the UK. The band, featuring Rutger Verbist on vocals and lead guitar, Egon Loosveldt on drums, and Geoffrey Verhulst on bass, will perform 14 shows across five countries. Their setlists will draw from three studio albums: "Father of Time" (2018), "King" (2022), and "Vestiges of Verumex Visidrome" (2024).
The UK leg consists of five headline shows and three festivals: Buried In Smoke Fest in Oxford on March 29, Takedown Festival in Portsmouth on April 3, and Desertfest London on May 15. Headline dates are at Saltbox in Nottingham on March 30, Rebellion in Manchester on March 31, KK’s Steel Mill in Wolverhampton on April 1, Cobblestones in Bridgwater on April 2, and Clwb Ifor Bach in Cardiff on April 4. Wall will provide support on all headline shows except Nottingham.
This follows a sold-out UK tour in 2025. Gnome's whimsical style, including red pointed hats and DIY videos like the "Wenceslas" clip with over 3.4 million YouTube views, adds to their appeal. The full 2026 schedule begins with Terneuzen on Fire in Terneuzen, Netherlands, on March 28, and includes further dates such as Retie Rockt in Retie, Belgium, on June 13; Into the Grave in Leeuwarden, Netherlands, on June 14; Hellfest in Clisson, France, on June 21; Burg Herzberg in Germany on July 30; and Trafostation 61 in Keulen, Germany, on August 7.
In a statement, Gnome said: "Hello friends! We’re back for more pointy hatted bastardry and lukewarm beer. With special guests WALL, thx to Buried In Smoke Promotions. Hope to see you there you beautiful bastards!" Tickets are available through local box offices and specified links.
