A proposal has emerged for a new series centered on the NCIS character Jessica Knight, played by Katrina Law.
The NCIS franchise already includes multiple spin-offs, with NCIS: New York set to premiere on CBS this fall starring LL COOL J and Scott Caan. Season 23 of the main series has concluded, prompting discussion of which cast members could lead their own show. Jessica Knight, introduced in season 18, has worked with the NCIS Elite task force on high-risk missions and maintains complex personal ties to colleagues Jimmy Palmer and Nick Torres.
