In Central Kenya and West of the Rift Valley, rains will affect Nyandarua, Laikipia, Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Murang'a, Kiambu, Meru, Embu, Tharaka Nithi, and Nairobi counties, beginning Friday evening and persisting through Saturday, with heavier falls on Sunday and Monday.
Similar patterns are forecast for the Lake Victoria Basin, Rift Valley, and Western Kenya, including Siaya, Kisumu, Homa Bay, Migori, Kisii, Nyamira, Trans Nzoia, Baringo, Uasin Gishu, Elgeyo Marakwet, Nandi, Nakuru, Narok, Kericho, Bomet, Kakamega, Vihiga, Bungoma, Busia, and West Pokot counties.
