NDC urges Nigerians to obtain PVC ahead of 2027 elections

The National Working Committee of the Nigeria Democratic Congress has called on Nigerians to register for Permanent Voter Cards during the ongoing exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

The appeal comes ahead of the 2027 general elections. NDC National Publicity Secretary Barrister Osa Director made the statement during a party mobilisation exercise in Abuja. He described the PVC as a key instrument for citizens to exercise democratic rights and influence governance.

Director urged youths and first-time voters not to miss the registration opportunity. He said meaningful change requires active participation in the electoral process.

“Your PVC is your voice. Your vote is your power. Register today and be part of the movement to build a better Nigeria,” Director said. The NDC reaffirmed its commitment to credible leadership, national unity and economic development.
