The Subdirección General del Sistema General de Regalías clarified that the SUIFP-SGR operated normally during the closing of requirements for convocatoria No. 3 of the OCAD Paz. The technical migration window ran from 18:01 on June 26 to 07:59 on July 1, 2026.
The process was based on Decreto 1607 de 2024 and was announced via Circular 0013-4 on May 25, 2026. The migration occurred in hourly slots to allow entities to complete their processes.
The DNP stated there is no evidence of deliberate service disruption and that the transition involved all sources of the Sistema General de Regalías.
