Prime Video's The Boys made a strong return to Nielsen's streaming rankings, placing second for the week of April 6-12 with 899 million minutes viewed after its fifth season launched on April 8. The two-episode premiere drove most of the interest, drawing a young adult audience. HBO Max's The Pitt remained the top show for the second week in a row.
The superhero series accounted for 64 percent of its total watch time during the premiere episodes. Adults aged 18 to 49 made up 65 percent of viewers for The Boys. The Pitt collected 1.13 billion minutes viewed and marked its ninth straight week above the billion-minute mark.
